The Ritual
Because this inhaler is a pure, waterless concentrate of highly volatile essential oils, a single, intentional breath is all that is required to unlock its full aromatic benefit. • Step 1 | Uncap & Position: Remove the cap and hold the inhaler horizontally, positioning one nostril opening directly beneath one nostril. • Step 2 | The Controlled Inhale: Close your mouth and press the opposite nostril closed with your finger. Inhale slowly and deeply through the open nostril for a count of 4 seconds, drawing the concentrated botanical vapors fully into your nasal passage and lungs. • Step 3 | The Hold & Release: Hold the breath for 2 seconds, then exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of 4 seconds. Repeat on the opposite nostril. • The Reset: Use as needed throughout the day—before a meeting, during a commute, on a trail, or at your desk—for an instant, focused mental reset. Replace the cap tightly after each use to preserve the volatile oil concentration. ⚠️ Safety Precaution: For aromatic use only. Do not insert the wick directly into the nostril.
