When you purchase a subscription or recurring delivery (such as our natural cleaning concentrate refill pouches or personal care products), you enjoy convenient automatic deliveries and discounted pricing. Below are the terms regarding how subscription orders, pre-orders, and recurring purchases work and how you can cancel or manage them.

1. Subscription & Recurring Orders

Flexibility & Control

You are in full control of your subscription. You can modify delivery frequencies, skip a delivery, update payment methods, or cancel your recurring order at any time.

How to Cancel or Modify a Subscription

Self-Service Customer Portal: Log in to your account at rjsnaturals.com, navigate to Manage Subscriptions, and select the option to modify or cancel your active subscription.
Via Email: You can also cancel or make changes by emailing us at rjsnaturals@gmail.com at least 24 to 48 hours before your upcoming billing date.

Cancellation Deadlines

Before Billing: Cancellations must be completed before your next scheduled renewal date to avoid being charged for that cycle.
After Renewal Processing: If a recurring order has already been billed and processed for shipment before a cancellation request is submitted, that specific order cannot be canceled mid-transit. Once delivered, standard unopened return guidelines apply per our [Refund Policy].

2. Pre-Orders & Special Batches

Order Authorization: When you place a pre-order or reserve a limited, small-batch item before production finishes, your payment method will be charged at checkout.
Pre-Order Cancellations: You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time prior to the item entering fulfillment. Once a shipping tracking number has been generated, standard return procedures apply.

3. Failed Recurring Payments

If a recurring charge fails (due to an expired card, insufficient funds, or updated billing info), Shopify will attempt to re-charge the card over a standard retry period.
If payment remains uncollected after multiple attempts, your subscription will be automatically paused or canceled until payment details are updated.
