Shipping & Order Fulfillment Policy

Because our natural skincare, body care, and plant-forward household formulas are handcrafted in small batches right from our studio in Colorado, we handle every order with care and precision. Below you will find details on our fulfillment timelines, carrier shipping options, and delivery expectations.

1. Batch Processing & Fulfillment Times

To ensure optimal freshness, quality, and efficacy, many of our products are freshly poured and packaged in small batches.

Standard Order Processing: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays).
High-Volume & Launch Windows: During promotional launches or holiday seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Order Confirmation: As soon as you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. A secondary shipping notification containing carrier tracking details will be sent once your package is dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Carrier Options

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and your delivery destination.

Estimated Carrier Transit Times (Domestic U.S.)

Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage / UPS Ground): 3–6 business days in transit
Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail / UPS 3-Day): 1–3 business days in transit
Free Shipping: Applied automatically at checkout when qualifying promotional thresholds are met (valid for contiguous U.S. shipping addresses).

3. Order Tracking

Once your shipment leaves our Colorado studio, you will receive a confirmation email with a direct tracking link. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS) to update initial scanning activity after your shipping label has been created.

4. Packaging & Refill Care

We carefully package each item to ensure it arrives safely at your doorstep:

Concentrate Pouches: Our household and cleaning concentrate refills are shipped in durable, thickened PET pouches designed to withstand postal handling without leaking or puncturing.
Bottles & Jars: Glass and recyclable containers are cushioned with eco-friendly protective packaging to prevent breakage during transit.

5. Address Changes & Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address: Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at rjsnaturals@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before shipping, but we cannot modify orders once they have been dispatched.
Missing Packages Marked "Delivered": If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you have not received it:
1. Check surrounding property areas, porches, and with neighbors.
2. Wait 24 hours (carriers occasionally scan packages prematurely).
3. If your package still has not arrived, contact us at rjsnaturals@gmail.com so we can assist you in opening a carrier trace.
